Romania 2002

Monica Anghel & Marcel Pavel (right) won the Romanian final singing the duet Tell Me Why on March 3rd, and will represent Romania in Tallinn.
Despite taping it live from satellite I've still got to watch this contest, so no comments yet, but I did notice it was ultimately performed in English. Here's the line-up.
