That I Can", and is written by Sertab Erener & Demir Demirkan.
Sertab was born in Istanbul in 1964, and has five albums to her credit, and several have gone platinum with sales over 1 million. She has sung with Ricky Martin & Jose Carreras, and has had an album out in Belgium called Sertab in which she sang some songs with the acapella group Voice Male (who were in the Belgian final of 1999).
So a big Turkish star will sing for Turkey for a change.
