The song line up for Helsinki. 28 songs in the Semi-Final on May 10 compete to be amongst 10 that will go forward to join the songs already qualified (last year's winning country, high scoring countries last year, and the "big 4" who qualify even if they come last) for the Final on May 12th.
Two new countries this year - Georgia and Czech Republic, and Austria & Hungary return after a break.
Some performers have tried before - Karolina (Macedonia) in 2003, Evridiki (Cyprus) in 1992 & 1994 and Iceland's singer was part of ICY in 1986 and Just4Fun in 1991.
